Senior / Concierge 高級 /禮賓員

Responsibilities:

  • Manage concierge counter and provide customer services to residents and visitors in residential developments
  • Handle residents’ enquiries and complaints and provide assistance to property management team in daily operations

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with formal training in Hospitality Management/Property Management will be an advantage
  • 1-2 years customer service experience
  • Fresh Graduate will also be considered; Holder of security personnel permit is preferred
  • Good communication skills and good spoken English and Chinese is preferre
  • Working hours: 9 hours per day in any six days per week, an alternative week 2 rest days

Candidates with more experience will be considered for the post of Senior Concierge

Work Location: Discovery Bay
