Associate Officer - Technical (Commercial Building)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Technical Team to organize and supervise routine repair and maintenance, alternation and additional works and renovation for managed area
• Organize ad hoc repair and maintenance works for the sites
• Coordinate with contractors in the carrying out of the maintenance and alteration works for the sites
• Inspect and ensure that the works are completed in order
• Prepare outsourced technical services' quotation, tender, payment documents and for management approval
• Prepare duty roster of technicians
• Purchase tools, equipment and spare parts and update inventory record
• Perform inspection on tenant’s fitting out work to ensure compliance with agreed requirements
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Building Surveying, Electrical Engineering, Building Construction or equivalent with 1-year relevant experience
• Experience in building repair and maintenance field preferable in commercial building will be an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Holder of a driving license preferable
• Holder of Grade A Electrical Worker License preferable

Work Location: Discovery Bay
