About the Team

Our Development team is ultimately responsible for the new products we sell. While most sourcing specialists only go out a few times a year, ours are always out saving amazing products at the verge of disposal. As an Enterprise Sales trainee, you will be introduced to sourcing expansion and given the chance to gain invaluable experience, analysing and identifying business trends while reporting directly to the Head of B2B Sales. After sufficient training, you will start using your persuasion skills to sign partnerships on the spot with suppliers all over the globe. This means you can stay very close to the business and be more flexible – as well as negotiate some fantastic deals. You will be an entrepreneur, have the responsibility and make a big impact. Responsibilities

  • Discover new business leads by making prospecting calls and networking abroad
  • Source, persuade and sign partnerships with the top-tier, mid to small-sized suppliers
  • Travel abroad to expand product assortments for trends and needs from customers
  • Gather competitive insights to inform selling strategies and strategic directions
  • Manage the sales pipeline to ensure accurate data and hygiene are updated in the system
  • Visit our stores to critique merchandise mix
  • Interface with all levels of management and communicate with multiple internal and external contacts on a routine basis
  • Prepare regular reports for management review

Requirements

  • English-speaking Market: Excellent command in both written and spoken English (IELTS 8/ HKDSE English Level 5 or above)
  • Willingness to occasionally travel abroad for business trips
  • Highly developed interpersonal and relationship building skills with your styles
  • High energy, optimistic and always be having the hustling mentality
  • Go-getter, with a "can-do attitude" and true excitement for the business
  • Strong team playing, clear communication, stress and time management skills are very important to be successful in our business
  • Creative, entrepreneurial-minded, with a strong comfort level with taking measurable risks
  • Strong analytical, strategic and planning skills
  • Prior B2B sales experience is a plus
