Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and monitor the performance of the shop to maximize sales revenue and productivity, manpower efficiency and customer service according to company standard
• Assist in planning and ordering of all supplies (ingredients and food, etc.)
• Provide excellent floor service and interact with guests in warm and friendly manner
• Provide food and beverages training, staff on/off boarding arrangement, scheduling and discipline management for all Floor staffs, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and update the menu and promotional events
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness are maintained as per required standards
Job Requirements:
• 3 years or above managerial experience in the F&B industry (experience in Café or western restaurants operation preferred)
• Familiar with computer application skills, including POS operating and report function as well as operation procedures
• Excellent communication skills, guest service orientated, with good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities are used often
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese & English.
