Guest Experience Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Front Office in daily administration works including preparation of reports, maintain attendance records, assist in leave applications, take meeting minutes, data input and filing
  • Answer and reply all correspondence and guest surveys as directed by the Front Office Manager in a prompt and correct manner
  • Prepare all correspondence pertaining to the operation of the Front Office as directed by the Front Office Manager
  • Assist in answering guest calls and providing assistance to guests including taking room reservations, check-in and check-out of guests whenever necessary
  • Assist in welcoming the arriving guests, guiding queuing guests in the lobby whenever necessary

 

Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma Holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • 1 year relevant experience in luxury hotels / hospitality industry an advantage
  • Pleasant, presentable, confident with outgoing personality
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
