Branch - Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality customer service and provide proactive support to the Relationship Managers
  • Achieve service excellence in handling customer issues and product enquiries in a timely, accurate and responsive manner
  • Support daily marketing activities and perform administrative duties, such as preparing reports, conducting market research and scheduling customer appointments etc.
  • Assist in ad hoc marketing activities, both in-branch and off-site promotions

Requirements

  • University graduate preferred

  • Pass in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 or equivalent)

  • Minimum of 1 year's working experience, preferably gained in retail banking field

  • Relevant HKIB qualification is an advantage

  • HKIB Certified Bankers preferred

  • Familiar with retail banking products and related market trend

  • A good team player with strong communication skill, and able to manage tasks efficiently

  • Proficient in MS Office application

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
