Officer / Senior Officer, Loans Processing Services (Reassignment & Redemption)

Responsibilities:

• Handle the reassignment team daily operations including mortgage, commercial and vehicle loans settlement quotation, title deeds delivery and charge/discharge of mortgage to solicitors
• Support Business Unit to perform land search requisition
• Handle TU contribution rejected
• Perform document imaging
• Handle bankruptcy and winding up cases
• Handle the outstanding Rates and Rent settlement
• Handle monthly interest subsidy received from Treasury and Hospital Authority

Requirements:

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above
• Minimum 3 years’ practical experience in related areas
• Experience in end-to-end loan operations, including but not limited to loan drawdown and rollover/repayment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
• Experience in loan system implementation is an advantage
• A can-do-attitude, innovative and willing to accept new ideas and changes
• Good communication skills

Candidate with more experience will be considered as a Senior Officer position.
