Responsibilities

  • Act on all decisions, departmental meetings, programs and schedules
  • Be responsible for controlling of Housekeeping / Laundry Keys, Lost and Found
  • Ensure good interdepartmental communication between Housekeeping and other departments
  • Follows-up on, guest comments / complaints, out of order rooms and any discrepancies appearing in the Hotel Computer system

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Hotel Management or related discipline
  • Courteous, service-oriented with pleasant personality
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
