Business Management & Internal Control (Corporate)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare regular analysis and reports for the division and for management’s strategic meetings.
  • Support in financial and business reporting, budgeting and KPI monitoring of the division.
  • Coordinate system development project and new product project for the division.
  • Coordinate training activities for division associates as necessary.
  • Handle daily general affairs of the division.
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • University degree or above in business or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in corporate banking or related business with solid understanding of credit/ loan. Good knowledge in finance, risk management, compliance or fintech is a plus.
  • Good analytical and writing skills, experienced in writing Chinese reports.
  • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Innovative and good team work, good communication and people skills.
  • Proficient in PC applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Good command of written and spoken English , Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer grade.
