Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- To represent management and take charge of situations and make necessary decisions in the absence of the Department heads.
- To provide and ensure efficient and quality front line guest services at all times.
- To maintain smooth relationships between management and guests, resolve problems arising from guests’ complaints and attend inquiries with dispatch and report all guest complaints, compliments, and suggestions to the management.
- To handle complaints which result in both satisfaction of the guests and protection of the Hong Kong Parkview interest.
- To maintain comments and complaints relating to service standards and take any necessary action to achieve the highest level of hospitality service.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline
- A minimum of five years hotel operations experience with at least two years in supervisory level, preferably in Front Desk or Guest Services areas
- Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skill and can work independently under pressure
- Cheerful, friendly and customer oriented
- Knowledge of Property Management System – Opera
- Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Duty Manager
