Sales Manager (Corporate)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Corporate Sales for the hotel
  • Develop and implement effective business, marketing and sales plans
  • Direct sales activities of the hotel to achieve budgeted goals
  • Visit potential clients to establish business opportunity and drive revenue
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
  • Support hotels service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience
  • Prepare sales reports and regular analysis of market information
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned


Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years hotel room sales experience
  • Good relations and connection with potential clients network
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good team player and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office
  • Candidate with less experience may considered as Assistant Sales Manager
