Senior Officer, Operations- Cards Business & Payment Solutions Dept

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of operation support to Operations Section of both credit card business and merchant services..
• Handle customer requests to ensure proper service delivery and processing.
• Prepare documents and reports
• Support and coordinate on different projects and drills/UAT
• Involve in ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• Form 6 or above
• Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably in credit card business and/or financial sector
• Good understanding and knowledge of transaction processing of credit card/acquiring merchant business is an advantage
• Strong analytical mind and sensitive in figures
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in and MS Office and good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Attention to details, mature, self-motivated and able work under pressure
