Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of operation support to Operations Section of both credit card business and merchant services..
- Handle customer requests to ensure proper service delivery and processing.
- Prepare documents and reports
- Support and coordinate on different projects and drills/UAT
- Involve in ad-hoc projects
Requirements
- Form 6 or above
- Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably in credit card business and/or financial sector
- Good understanding and knowledge of transaction processing of credit card/acquiring merchant business is an advantage
- Strong analytical mind and sensitive in figures
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in and MS Office and good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Attention to details, mature, self-motivated and able work under pressure
