Officer, Training & Development (12-months contract)
Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch
Duties
Provide training administrative support such as course enrollment management, assistance in organizing seminars and events
Responsible for the maintenance of eLearning courses and related processes
Maintain training database in an effective & systematic manner
Handle education support schemes’ applications
Liaise and coordinate with external training institutes if required
Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements
Degree holder in Business / IT or related disciplines or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
Working experience in sizeable organizations is preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills with positive work attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
With knowledge in multi-media softwares (e.g. iSpring, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, etc.) is preferred but not essential
Good command of both English and Chinese with ability to communicate in Putonghua is an advantage
Fresh graduate will also be considered
Immediately available is preferred
