  • Ensure the cleanliness of equipment and food quality could meet ISO22000 standards

Qualifications

What you should have:

  • 4-5 year(s) of experience  in a hotel or restaurant
  • Good knowledge of hygiene, preparation techniques and cooking procedures
  • A great team player with good communication skills
  • Passionate in developing career in an upscale kitchen
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Commis
