Job Descriptions:
- Provide professional and efficient banqueting service upon guest's requests
- Maintain positive relationship with guests
- Co-operate with inter-department to ensure event operation can meet guest's expectations
- Assist in ad hoc tasks
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in hotel banquet operation
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Good command with Cantonese, English and Mandarin
