The Regional Data Manager will be the single point of contact between the Client and CBRE, accountable for the relationship management and responsible for ensuring the account fulfils its requirements and obligations as set out in the contract. Day to day roles include but are not limited to; Project Management, Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Data Management.
This role will work with teams primarily based in India, Poland and CBRE’s regional APAC Hubs. The successful applicant may be required to make occasional business trips within APAC.
Responsibilities
- Designated single point of contact & escalation point for Client & CBRE contacts, accountable for the management of local relationships.
- Accountable for integrity of all data managed by our shared service centres, including proactive review of all data, coordination and query management of any change request data, and oversight of all ongoing data collection and system improvements.
- Assist where required in managing landlord and tenant relationships.
- Lead transitions and ad-hoc abstraction / validation projects and outline key dependencies upon both parties ensuring key milestones are met.
- Ownership of client relationship management. Responsible for forging solid relationships with the client. Managing client expectations and service delivery.
- Coordinates required training to responsible parties and provides technology support as a technology platform super user in the region.
- Prepares, coordinates and leads Regional Data Management meetings, tracking attendance and meeting actions on behalf of the client.
- Identifying pull-through opportunities and engaging the appropriate line of business for opportunities.
- Responsible for the management of all call-off services such as Base Rent Audits, Service Charge Audits and limited /and or one-off abstraction projects, liaising with the appropriate departments to ensure service standards and time frames are met.
- Ownership of data management KPI monitoring and reporting on a regional level.
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders at Alliance Director level and clients at Head of Real Estate / CFO level.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Corporate Real Estate, Estates Management, Project Management, Portfolio or Performance Reporting or Analysis is required with a degree in an appropriate field. Ability to confidently engage and influence senior stakeholders. Proactive and self-sufficient with ability to work within a matrix organization.
- Strong analytical skills, project management skills and ability to prioritize required. Ability to build rapport quickly, delegate tasks and manage a remote team as well as client’s expectations. Competent with technology including databases and Microsoft packages.
- Must be fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
