Management Trainee

Aim

• Identify and develop high potential team member as a successor of management roles

Requirement

• Irrespective of class of degree or discipline of study, must have at least 2 levels 4 or above amongst Chinese, English, Mathematics in HKDSE or equivalent academic result
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• An out-going team-player who is highly motivated, result-oriented, articulate and detail-conscious

Career path and trainings offered

• Systematic executive and leadership training program will be offered by the company and FSE group
• A fast track to management level. Promotion to intermediate management (Assistant Manager) may take about 3 years. Careers path of each individual trainee will very much depend on personal qualities and strengths

Duties

• Customer relations and contract administration
• Quotation and tendering
• Writing proposals and minutes
• Marketing and business promotion
• Formulating management and operation strategies
