Responsibilities:

  • Support the efficient operation of kitchens

  • Ensure all products are produced in a timely manner and up to excellent quality standard

  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standard in the kitchen

  • Make sure food quality, portion size, and presentations meet standards

  • Maintain cleanliness of the working area and equipment. 

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in western kitchen setting experience 

  • Chef de Patie require relevant kitchen managment experience 

  • Candiate with relevant western kitchen experience is preferred, with hotel and group experience is an advantage

  • Team player with positive attitude

  • Immediate Available is an advantage

  • Permanent HKID card holder
