Responsibilities:
Support the efficient operation of kitchens
Ensure all products are produced in a timely manner and up to excellent quality standard
Ensure food safety and hygiene standard in the kitchen
Make sure food quality, portion size, and presentations meet standards
Maintain cleanliness of the working area and equipment.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in western kitchen setting experience
Chef de Patie require relevant kitchen managment experience
Candiate with relevant western kitchen experience is preferred, with hotel and group experience is an advantage
Team player with positive attitude
Immediate Available is an advantage
Permanent HKID card holder
