Location: Iconic International-Grade Facility in Kowloon Area

Key Responsibilities:

• Operation, maintenance, testing, and servicing of electrical equipment in commercial facilities, including but not limited to generators, UPS, switchgear, and solar systems.

• Work closely with the Contract Manager and Technical Supervisors
• Manage, guide and develop the team of technicians, providing technical assistance and operational guidance to ensure their performance meets required standards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner, other City Team Members and contractors.
• Ensure that Toolbox meetings are conducted monthly, engaging with the workforce by regularly attending different meetings across the region.
• Be the contact point for the City FM technical team
• Coordinate with partner's FM team to complete the PPM and ad hoc works
• Allocate on site resources for different work orders
• Supervise the onsite works of City FM team in terms of safety and quality
• Regularly report the site situation to partner's FM team
• Oversee maintenance programs by coordinating and supporting the technical team
• Ensure that the technical team comply with company policies and procedures, legislation, regulations, standards and industry codes, and that audits are undertaken to check compliance.
• Develop strong working relationships within City and partner
• Identify and address compliance incidents and complete comprehensive reporting within required timeframes.
• Work and interact with the compliance team to oversee the work undertaken by technicians to ensure it is compliant and meets safety standards.
• Handle Maintenance of electrical installation;

Academic Requirements:

1. Either (a) A Certificate or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering issued by an Institute of Vocational Education  or  equivalent,  and  at  least  three  (3)  year’s  post qualification  supervisory  experience  in  the  operation  and maintenance  of  Electrical  installation  and  Computerized Central  Management  System  (“CCMS”)  /  Building Management System (“BMS”); OR

(b) At least ten (10) year’s post  apprenticeship  supervisory  experience  in  the  operation and maintenance of Electrical installation and CCMS;

2.Possess a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate;

3.Possess a valid trade test certificate in related field;

4.A registered electrical worker under the category of Grade R, Grade A or above;

Other Requirements:

• Experience in Electrical or MVAC is required.
• Maintain 24/7 availability on a rotational roster to provide telephone support and attend to critical situations as required.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese) is essential.

• 分配現場資源以完成不同的工作訂單
• 監督團隊的現場工作，確保安全和質量
• 定期向合作夥伴的設施管理團隊報告現場情況
• 通過協調和支持技術團隊來監督維護計劃
• 確保技術團隊遵守公司政策和程序、法律法規、標準和行業規範，並進行審核以檢查合規性
• 建立牢固的工作關係
• 發現並解決合規事故，並在按時完成全面報告。
• 與合規團隊合作，監督技術人員的工作，確保其符合安全標準。
• 處理電氣維護；

學歷要求：

1. (a) 持有香港專業教育學院(VTC)或同等機構頒發的屋宇裝備/電氣/機械/空調工程證書或以上學歷，並具有至少三（3）年電氣及計算機化中央管理系統（“CCMS”）/建築管理系統（“BMS”）運行和維護的資格後監督經驗；或 (b) 至少十（10）年學徒畢業後在電力安裝和CCMS運行和維護方面的監督經驗；
2. 持有有效的平安卡
3. 持有相關領域的有效行業測試證書
4. 註冊為R級、A級或以上
5. 良好的中英文口語(廣東話)和書寫能力

其他要求：

• 工作按需要保持24/7，以提供電話支持並在需要時處理緊急情況
