What will you do?

• Responsible in the smooth running of the kitchen’s daily operations.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen. 
• Produce the dishes for the section in line with the cooking instructions.
• Ensure that dishes are well presented, of a high standard quality and at the right temperature.

What do we seek in you?

• Possess 3-5 years of culinary experience in western restaurants or hotels
• Diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate
• Well-versed in kitchen hygiene
• A good team player with strong communication skills
• Self-motivated, Independent and creative
