Assistant Vice President - Investment & Insurance Sales Management

Responsibilities:
Perform as a product expert in wealth management to support cluster branches in achieving both investment and insurance targets
Uplift performance of Relationship Managers by providing marketing information, advices, personal coaching and demonstration at sales interviews
Work closely with Branch Managers and assist Relationship Managers to review and monitor customers' portfolio and identify potential business opportunities
Conduct joint calls and close deals, if necessary
Coach and monitor good business practice and uphold regulated sales compliance of sales force
Participate in regular product/ sales compliance meeting and conduct regular meeting/ coaching workshops with staff as and when appropriate
Requirements:
Degree holder in Finance, Business, Economics or related disciplines; with CFP / CRWP preferred
Minimum 8 years of retail banking sales experience with at least 3 years in investment/insurance specialist and/or branch sales management positions
Experience in coaching front-line salespeople is necessary
Solid product and market knowledge in both investment and insurance products
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Qualified individual to carry out regulated activities in investment and insurance
