Occupational Therapist I – ICCMW (Ref: TWC-TM – OT1)
The Wellness Centre (Tuen Mun)

Responsibilities:
1. To conduct OT assessment and training for persons in recovery in community;
2. To conduct evaluation, review and improvement of service quality and delivery;
3. To prepare accurate documentation on assessment, progress and therapy outcomes;
4. To manage and monitor occupational therapy services in ICCMW, including overseeing daily operations, monitoring existing practices and support the related administrative tasks;
5. To support and assist OT Service team in formulating and implementing new service initiatives; and
6. To expand OT professionalism by providing clinical guidance and supervision to placement students upon request.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree holder in OT or equivalent; and educational attainment in Master degree is preferable;
2. At least five years of relevant post-registration experience, and at least 3 years in mental health service;
3. Registered in the Part I of the Register of Occupational Therapists under the Supplementary Medical Professions Ordinance (Cap. 359) with a valid Practicing Certificate issued by the Occupational Therapists Board of Hong Kong;
4. Motivated and passionate for serving people in recovery;
5. Interested in evidence-based practice; and
6. Computer Literacy.
