Responsibilities

  • Support the administration of the department including handling of course logistics and Staff Education Sponsorship Scheme
  • Input and maintain training records, compile training reports in fulfillment of compliance and regulatory requirements in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide statistics for course management and monitoring
  • Support the operation of the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Handle ad-hoc projects assigned

 

Requirement

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration, with prior exposure in banking and finance industry as an advantage
  • Strong sense of ownership, attention to details, ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Pro-active with strong problem-solving ability, excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office application such as Excel & Powerpoint and Chinese Word processing
  • Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English. Putonghua would be an advantage
