Guest Service Supervisor

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a shift leader of front desk 
• Responsible for on-day room sales, assignment and night audit management
• Provide check-in and check-out services for guests in a professional manner
• Provide on-the-job training to Guest Services Agent
• Handle guest enquiries and complaints
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by superior or Hotel Management

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

• Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin; other foreign language literacy is a plus
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in the role of Front Desk Officer
• Possession of good leadership, presentation and organizational skills
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Guest Service Agent

相關經驗及資歷要求

• 精通英語，中文和普通話，懂得其他外語將作優先考慮
• 至少2-3年擔任前台接待員的經驗
• 具備良好的領導能力、演講能力和組織能力
• 經驗較少的申請者會被考慮為高級客務款接員(Senior Guest Service Agent)
