Head of Trade Operations (Bills)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise sub-teams to manage the trade operation functions of the Bank;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business, products, credit and AML teams to ensure seamless execution of trade operations in adherence to the Bank’s policies and procedures; 
• Keep abreast of the trade products and services and regulatory requirements, continuously enhancing professional knowledge and skills;
• Build a strong risk and controls focused operations and working closely with the business and products partners to ensure high quality services are delivered and enhance trade customers experiences; and
• Review current trade operation processes, maximize work efficiencies by proactively streamlining the trade operations workflow and system automation. 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in business or related studies;
• At least 10 years of banking experience in trade related operation, with 5 years in management capacity;
• In-depth trade operations experience and knowledge;
• Strong sense in risk control and AML;
• Good leadership and management skills; and strong in managing and developing teams; and
• Strong communication skill and able to deal with pressure.
