Assistant Vice President, Capital, Asset and Liability Management

Responsibilities:

• Measure and monitor internal and regulatory risk metric on financial risk (include liquidity risk and interest rate risk in banking book) 
• Handle stress tests relate to financial risk 
• Prepare management reports for stakeholders (include senior management and parent company) on management of financial risk and other concerns of ALCO
• Handle liquidity recovery planning, contingency funding plan maintenance and testing
• Maintain policies, guidelines and procedures relate to financial risk in compliance with all applicable internal and regulatory requirements
• Support business units and risk departments on issues relate to financial risk management
• Handle implementation of internal and regulatory projects in respect of financial risk management 
• Perform ad-hoc assignment assigned by management

Requirements:

• University graduate or above
• 5 years or above relevant experience
• Ability to work under pressure and attentiveness to details, with strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Sound knowledge of application software, such as Microsoft Excel, Access and Powerpoint
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
• Less experience will be considered for position of Manager
