Responsibilities
(Long Term Contract)
The incumbent will be responsible for the following job tasks:
• Manage procurement process and prepare regular reports; ensure that related documentation complies with approved policies and standards
• Responsible for full spectrum of administration services for office, stationery and office equipment supplies
• Ensure timely preparation and process of expenses & petty cash reports and invoices in compliance with internal policies and procedure
• Co-ordinate with internal users for various administration tasks
• Handle incoming calls and mails
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
*Candidates with more experience will be considered as Administration Officer
Requirements
• Diploma in Administration or related disciplines
• At least 1-2 years' working experience, knowledge in procurement process, policies and procedures will be an advantage
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Pro-active, mature, independent, organized, good communication skill and detail-minded
