Registered Nurse - Occupational Health

Job Descriptions

• Manage illness and injury related cases (Medical leaves of absence, Medical accommodation, Occupational injury, Fitness to work assessment)
• Directly interact with employees to understand their medical/health situations
• Coordinate fitness to work / return to work and escalate issues to the Occupational Health physician
• Manage and monitor usage of the wellness rooms/nursing mother’s rooms 
• Communicable disease management
• Plan, manage and coordinate on-site health services programs (annual flu vaccination, biometric screening, medical check-up program)
• Manage and coordinate other wellness responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Registered with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong and holder of valid practicing certificate
• Experience in Wellness / Occupational Health Nursing preferred
• Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Able to work independently and effectively without direct supervision
• Able to work under tight timeline
