Responsibilities:
- Process all check-in and check-out procedures in an effective and efficient way
- Provide quality service and handle guests’ enquiries & complaints
- Achieve the high level of guest’s satisfaction with courteous and friendly manner
- Ensure the cross-departmental communication in order to handle both guest and operational issues effectively
- Handle other daily departmental operation issues
Requirement:
- Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year' relevant experience in Hotel Industry
- Service-oriented with sound knowledge in Front Office Operation
- Self-motivated, independent, strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Required to work the overnight shift
*Candidates with less experience will be considered as Guest Services Agent.
