ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure safety and security of all guest, visitor and staff members
• Maintain a professional presence in hotel lobby and access control at Security station
• Undertake patrols at guest floors and other patrolling at hotel premises
• Respond rapidly to requests for emergency assistance in a professional manner
• Enforce all hotel and security rules and regulations
• Comply with hotel Loss Prevention and Safety Policies
• Other duties as assigned by hotel management

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in hospitality or security industries, preferably in luxury hotel
• Holder of valid Security Personal Permit, Certified First-Aider and AED
• Good communication and written skills in English, knowledge in Cantonese & Mandarin is an advantage
• Self-motivated, attentive and with sense of urgency
• Positive attitude and well-disciplined
• A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Mature, problem solving oriented and High level of responsibility and initiative
• Independent and able to work under pressure
