Human Resources Assistant (Part-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team to prepare contracts; data entry; staff attendance records; filing; etc.
  • Various ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Some clerical working experience in HR or administration;
  • Chinese typing is a MUST;
  • Immediate available is preferred.

Working hours:

  • At least 4 half days on Monday to Friday either 9:00 am - 1:00 pm or 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
