Cost Accountant/Sr. Cost & Inventory Officer 成本會計師/高級成本及倉務主任 (5 days work 5天工作)

The Cost Accountant is responsible for ensuring the timeliness and accuracy to determine/report the consumption cost of Food and Beverage, Retail Store and Spa operations by arranging regular stock take. 

成本會計師負責透過安排定期盤點來確保及時準確地決定或報告餐飲部、零售商店和水療中心營運的消耗成本。

Job Description 工作內容

• Handle the critical section for month end closing, including journals preparation, stock reconciliation and physical stock count and ensure timely and accurate output 
  處理月尾結帳的關鍵部分，包括準備日記賬、核對庫存和實體盤點，確保及時且準確的報告
• Prepare a monthly analysis report, including cost analysis, balance sheet reconciliation and cost control reports 
  準備每月分析報告，包括成本分析、核對財務狀況表和成本控制報告
• Review recipe costing based on menu provided by F&B Kitchen team 
  根據餐飲廚房部提供的菜單檢討食譜成本
• Provide support to operation departments, including pricing update and create item codes of point-of-sales and purchase system 
  支持營運部門，包括更新定價和建立銷售和採購系統的商品代碼
• Regularly review the item master list in ERP system to update obsolete and duplicate items and ensure UOM conversions are placed 
  定期檢視 企業資源規劃系統中的項目列表，以更新過時和重複的項目，並確保單位妥當轉換
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by Assistant Director of Finance or Finance Director 
  執行助理財務總監或財務總監指派的其他職責和特殊項目

Qualifications & Skills 資歷及技能要求

• Diploma or above in relevant academic discipline 
  相關學科文憑或以上學歷
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in hospitality or clubhouse industry 
  至少 3 年酒店或會所行業相關經驗
• Knowledge of food and beverage items 
  具備餐飲項目知識
• Proficiency in Excel 
  熟練使用 Excel
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese 
  良好的英語和中文口語和書寫能力
• Experience in inventory management system and cost accounting
  具備庫存管理系統和成本會計經驗

*Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Cost & Inventory Officer
*經驗較淺者將會被考慮為高級成本及倉務主任
