Responsibilities:
- Support the service unit to develop and deliver the Child Protection Supportive Service
- Conduct psychological assessment for needy children and their families
- Provide short-term treatment for needy families
- Provide therapeutic groups or individual sessions for the children / adolescents / parents or carers for their recovery from traumatic or unresolved experiences.
- Provide professional advices to the team staff upon consultation on service delivery, make recommendation of follow up plan, case review and furnish progress reports to the referring agency.
- Support the team in formulating and implementing the service plan
- Provide professional training to the team
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
- Working location: Tsuen Wan / Kwai Chung
Requirements:
- Master Degree Holder or above in Clinical Psychology from a local University or equivalent
- Obtained full membership of the Division of Clinical Psychology of the Hong Kong Psychological Society and/or Hong Kong Institute of Clinical Psychologist or an equivalent status in an internationally recognized professional organization of Clinical Psychology
