Head Mixologist - Red Sugar

We are looking for a Head Mixologist - Red Sugar based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As a Head Mixologist, we rely on you to:

  • Manage and supervise all aspects of day-to-day operations and performance of the bar
  • Prepare opening and closing inventory of bar related items spirits
  • Ensure all service standard are maintained to high professional standards and all regulations regarding hygiene and safety are meet
  • Recruit, manage, train and develop the team members
  • Develop and create a quality and innovative beverage menu to attract the potential market
  • Provide food and beverages services to guests
  • Ensure a satisfying dining experience is received by the guests

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in bars with similar capacity; and with supervisory responsibilities
  • Formal training in Hospitality Management would be an advantage
  • Sound understanding of various kind of spirits and wine
  • Solid experience in creative mixology, as well as in-depth knowledge of classic cocktails
  • Good business acumen with a well-rounded understanding of beverage cost management
  • Customer oriented team player with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
