What you will do:

  • Create a rewarding Associate Journey with the people brand.
  • Drive associate engagement by introducing and mastering new associate activities.
  • Conduct and administer learning programs as assigned, e.g. venue setup, learning material preparations, records.
  • Champion early careers / internship program support. 
  • Provide administrative and management support to Director of Human Resources and the Division and ensures the implementation of office administration, hotel policies, standards, and procedures.

Qualifications

What you should have:

  • University Degree/Diploma – preference given to Human Resources / Hotel Management or business-related degrees.
  • Ideally 1 year of working experience in hotel / non-hotel HR field in large scale establishment.
