Social Worker – Amazing Start Project

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive services to families with children aged under 3
• Conduct home visits to assess family needs and provide support
• Offer parenting guidance and consultation to parents
• Organize and facilitate parent-child intervention services for families
• Monitor and evaluate service progress through follow-up research
• Implement programs for promoting strategic partnership, experience sharing and training in the community
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
• Contract period: 1 year
• Working Location: Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, and Tin Shui Wai (Occasional work in Kwun Tong)

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Social Work
• Registered Social Worker
• Experience in early childhood intervention with various tools
• Knowledge in play-based intervention
• Preferable 2 years or above working experiences in early childhood or social work field
