Host / Hostess – Tze Yuet Heen (餐飲接待員–紫粵軒)

At the moment, we are looking for a Host / Hostess – Tze Yuet Heen to join our professional team at Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East.

目前，我們正在尋找一位餐飲接待員 – 紫粵軒加入我們香港九龍東皇冠假日酒店的專業團隊。

Job Responsibilities工作職責:

• Responsible to communicate with customers for any special requests noted during reservation.

  負責及與客人溝通有關訂位及特別要求。

• Responsible Greet all guests including potential guests, at the front of the Restaurant and escort and seat guests at their table

  負責迎接所有客人，包括在餐廳等候的客人，護送及安排客人座位。

• Ensures guest services specified by superiors and guests requests are promptly and courteously met.

  即時及禮貌地完成上級指定對客人服務並滿足客人要求。

• Take telephone reservations and document all details in reservation book.

  負責接聽電話預約和相關預訂所有細節。

Job Requirements工作要求:

• 1 year experience in guest / customer service, or an equivalent working experience. 

  具有1年餐飲服務員之工作經驗，或與此相關工作經驗。

• High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent

  具有高中或酒店行政管理，酒店管理或相關的專業証書

• Able to speak, read and write English and Putonghua.

  具有講，讀和寫簡單英語及普通話能力。
