Performance Services (aka CAO Office) provide HASE COO with dedicated, forward thinking, strategic, ad-hoc and operational management support. Performance Services also lead and coordinate all teams in COO office in driving staff engagement, operational support, budget planning & cost management, management information, and business administration.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join us as Operational Management Manager, to manage budget planning & cost management, drive business management in COO office and oversee bank-wide internal third party service management.
Principal responsibilities:
- Lead and drive effective budget planning and cost management as well as recharge model to meet year-end target
- Devise meaningful management information & reporting to provide insights for COO & senior management to drive the bank strategies and initiatives in right direction
- Assist manager to drive and oversee the business management in COO Office
- Manage bank-wide internal third party service management
- Lead and manage the business management initiatives for COO office and business
Requirements
- University degree in business administration, finance or operation management related field or associated relevant business experience
- At least 10 years’ in banking industry, ideally relevant experience in finance, budgeting and cost management preferred
- Possess strong leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Stamina and ability to work under pressure
- Some risk management experience is highly desirable
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
