Responsibilities
- Work with the Merchandising manager in developing the strategic plan for the product assortment mix within HK & Macau regions.
- Execute the initial allocation of each season’s product based on launch plan
- Manage all replenishments across all categories and key items
- Suggest and execute timely consolidation plan based on business needs to maximize sell-thru performance
- Manage good balance of stock level among stores on the base of sales.
- Work closely with retail operations team to build strategy with execution to support stock builds in advance for peak selling periods.
- Assist report preparations on sales trends, sell-thru, stock replenishment and inventory level etc. on a weekly basis and give feedback and action plans
- Monitor the shipment to ensure adherence to delivery timelines and launching schedule
- Assist in buying preparation and throughout the buying process
- Prepare and deliver product trainings to frontline staff
- To assist in ad hoc projects when required
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Fashion & Textiles, Logistics and Supply Chain or other related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in allocation/planning/buying with a good working knowledge of retail performance metrics
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (including Vlookup and Pivot Tables )
- Independent, good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven capability to organize and prioritize / manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good team player with strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of English and Chinese, both verbal and written communication.
