Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies for customer segmentation in alignment with management's direction.
- Oversee project management from planning through execution, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time and meet established quality standards.
- Manage the customer segment and drive marketing initiatives to expand the customer portfolio.
- Assist team head to assess the outcomes of various customer segment programs, preparing comprehensive reports and proposals with actionable recommendations to enhance overall business performance.
- Conduct regular reviews and analyses of sales performance, providing insights and suggestions to the sales team to help achieve targets.
- Engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders to address business needs from a comprehensive perspective.
- Gather and analyze data and feedback periodically, making informed business recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external policies and regulations in all aspects of work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in segment management and business strategy development.
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience in business development and marketing planning.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.)
