Assist Branch Manager to supervise the day to day sales and operation activities of all branch staffs to ensure the fully compliance of internal policies & procedures, relevant regulatory requirements, codes and guidelines;
Cooperate with Branch Operations Management Section to ascertain operation efficiency and uphold high operation & compliance standards;
Comply with the registered capacity and any conditions imposed by the HKMA and other regulatory bodies. This includes compliance with applicable requirements of the Code of conduct for Persons Licensed by or Registered with the Securities and Futures Commission;
Provide high quality customers services by referring customers from counter services and routine banking transactions to the respective staff to meet their banking &/or financial needs when deemed necessary;
Upkeep the brand quality through branch service delivery that constantly exceeds customer expectations;
Develop and coach individual branch staff to achieve company vision and business goals, improve performance and increase effectiveness;
Other ad hoc assignments as assigned.
Requirements
Secondary education or above
Over 3 years practical experience in Retail Banking operation role, with at least 1 year experience in supervisory functions
Thorough understanding of Branch operations
Self-motivation and ability to work with minimum supervision
Sound experience in customer service field
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
