About Us：

At Beauty Affairs HK Ltd., we believe in transforming skincare into a luxurious experience, offering not only top-tier products but also some of the highest commissions and bonuses in the industry. We are looking for ambitious, driven Beauty Advisors to join our team at our Causeway Bay flagship store. If you are passionate about skincare and are hungry to make great money, this role is for you!

Role Overview：

This is not just any Beauty Advisor role. We are looking for someone ready to take their earning potential to the next level by excelling both inside the store and outside, engaging with potential customers and inviting them to experience our luxurious products firsthand. With our high commissions and unmatched bonuses, you will have the opportunity to boost your income while sharing your passion for skincare.

要求：

• 銷售驅動：您不僅善於與人交流，而且渴望賺取高額佣金，並且以達成和超越目標為動力。
• 對護膚的熱情：您熱愛美容，並能自信地介紹我們的產品及其功效。
• 語言能力：基本至中等英文水平，以便有效與客戶溝通。
• 工作資格：需具備有效的香港工作簽證。
• 零售經驗優先：有美容零售背景者優先，但積極的態度和學習意願同樣重要。

Requirements：

• Sales-Driven: You are not just good with people; you are eager to earn, hungry for high commissions, and motivated by meeting and exceeding targets.
• Passion for Skincare: You love all things beauty and can confidently speak about our products and their benefits.
• Language Skills: Basic to average English proficiency to communicate with customers effectively.
• Eligibility: A valid visa to work in Hong Kong is required.
• Retail Experience Preferred: While a background in beauty retail is a plus, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valuable.

薪酬福利︰

• 優厚薪酬,即月出佣金勤工及表現獎金每日額外達標獎金

Schedule and leaves:

• Working hours 7 hours and 15 minutes
