Guest Relations Officer

Responsibilities

  • Handle check-in and check-out
  • Offer rooming and responsible for the room upselling program
  • Handle guest complaint and take appropriate action to resolve guest dissatisfaction
  • Assist reservation department to handle incoming inquiry as required
  • Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Hotel Management or related discipline
  • Willingness to take up challenges in different roles of front office operations
  • Courteous, service-oriented with pleasant personality
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications and Opera System
