Job Description
-
To assist to lead the whole security team to implement and monitor the efficiency of daily operation and administration of security in historical premises at Central.

To monitor and supervise the general performance of the security team.

To conduct regular checks and inspections of the security team members as to ensure they are carrying out the duties in an effective and professional manner.

Coordinates overall security service to our customer.

Manpower planning, to perform security scheduling functions.
-
Develop security strategies, review operational protocols & procedures and evaluate effectiveness.
-
Conducting risk analysis, reviewing investigation reports, and recommending corrective and preventive measures to the management.

Attend meetings, meet the requirements of clients and government statutory body.

To conduct internal training to the security personnel on the methods and procedures of security within the premises.

Any other duties reasonably directed by your superior/clients/top management.
Requirements
-
Degree holder is preferable.
-
Holding of valid Security Personnel Permit and QAS qualification.

Minimum 5 year relevant working experience in leadership experience in security / disciplinary workforces / Hospitality / Event / Exhibition / Facility / Hotel / Property Management of which at least 3 years in managerial position.

Strong personal presence, outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.

Good operations management skills and understands exhibition & special events operations.

Flexible and adaptable to new challenges and requirements.

Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Good PC skills on MS Office.
