工作內容:
1) Responsible to team performance and operations KPI
2) Lead the team to operate machines in a GMP. To minimize breakdown & damage, food safety risk, health & safety risk
3) Responsible to service level
4) Ensure the daily work schedule and planning is performed with reference to the department standard
5) Leading in product development and process improvement & Machinery operation training, Trouble shooting on machinery failure
6) Organize members deployment
7) Monitor the team members performance in relation to the job objectives
8) Ensure to comply with all company policies and procedures
9) Ensure the products (in and out) comply to the set specification
10) Inventory management
11) Any other duties and ad hoc issues as required relevant to the post, which may from time to time, be assigned by the department head
工作時間 (固定更) : 下午9時45分至上午6時45分 (固定更,每週工作5.5天,輪休)
工作要求: Higher Diploma or above in industrial engineering or Food related disciplines
Min.8 years' supervisory experience in Food Production, preferably from meat processing factory and manage complex/industrial machinery operations
- Strong supervisory experience and Leadership
- Strong experience in machinery operation and sense of R&D
- Fresh food products knowledge.
- Strong experience in meat processing
- Lean and Six Sigma Knowledge (will be advantage)
- Good communication skill
- Writing & reading skills
