Chef Commis - Cafe Kitchen (Western) 初級廚師 - 咖啡廳(西餐)

What you will do:

• Set up cooking utensils and prepare all menu items for cafe kitchen operations
  Ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service

What you should have:

• Qualification in Food and Beverage Service training; preferably Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management
• Preferable prerequisite experience in a hotel or restaurant with good standards
• Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards
