Sales Director (exp. In Beauty, Aesthetics & Medical equipment)

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of the SEA market.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and industry partners across the region.
• Set sales targets and KPIs, track performance, and report on results to senior management.
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
• Oversee sales budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in sales management, with at least 8 years in a leadership role
• Candidate from large-scale organization, rich experience in Beauty apparatus, B2B & trading industry is important
• Experience in building relationships with the department heads
• Good analytical, inter-personal, leadership and problem solving skills
• Fluent in written / spoken English is a must; Mandarin is important
• Immediate availability is preferred
