ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitors Pastry standards in all outlets and banquets
  • Prepares and supervises daily operations and ensures that all sections are supplied with fresh and high quality products based on anticipated business levels
  • Assists to conduct regular communications meetings and ensure that departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary
  • Establishes and enforces sanitation standards for the kitchen

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, with at least 2 years in similar capacity
  • Strong sense in business acumen and food & beverage market trends with extensive knowledge of menu development
  • Excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety knowledge
  • Candidates with pastry experiences for banquets and events are preferred
