Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor the performance of the restaurant to maximize sales revenue and productivity, manpower efficiency and customer service according to company standard
• Provide excellent floor service and interact with guests in warm and friendly manner
• Lead training and proper administration for the team to meet the performance standard and effectively line up cost and revenue budgets to achieve profitability standards
• Ensure restaurant standards are consistently implemented
Job Requirements:
• 5 - 8 years managerial experience in the F&B industry (experience in Japanese Restaurant operation preferred)
• Familiar with computer application skills, including POS operating and report function as well as restaurant operation procedures
• Excellent communication skills, guest service orientated, with good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities are used often
• Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese & English.
