Customer Service Assistant (1 year renewal contract)

Responsibilities

  • Act as ambassador to greet and welcome walk-in customers who visit the Customer Service Centre in a warm and caring manner 
  • Provide support at the Customer Service Centre include answering customers’ general enquiries, controlling customer traffic to ensure a pleasant customer journey
  • Handle clerical duties include registering incoming documents, arranging printing and mailing
  • Handle credit card transactions with customers to pay premiums and register the relevant transaction records    

Requirements 

  • Grade E / Level 2 or above in five subjects in the HKCEE / HKDSE, including Chinese, English, and Mathematics
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the customer service field 
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently 
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese; Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
  • Knowledge of PC skills in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
