Customer Service Assistant (1 year renewal contract)

Responsibilities
Act as ambassador to greet and welcome walk-in customers who visit the Customer Service Centre in a warm and caring manner
Provide support at the Customer Service Centre include answering customers’ general enquiries, controlling customer traffic to ensure a pleasant customer journey
Handle clerical duties include registering incoming documents, arranging printing and mailing
Handle credit card transactions with customers to pay premiums and register the relevant transaction records
Requirements
Grade E / Level 2 or above in five subjects in the HKCEE / HKDSE, including Chinese, English, and Mathematics
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the customer service field
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese; Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
Knowledge of PC skills in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
